LLC "LUN KO", identification number 41624867, registered address: Ukraine, 03145, Kyiv, Academician Lebedeva Street, building 1, block 6, office 33/1 (hereinafter referred to as the Owner of the Site and/or the Administration of the "Rieltor.ua" Site) provides you with services for both non-commercial and commercial use of the "Rieltor.ua" Site (hereinafter referred to as Services). Commercial use of the "Rieltor.ua" Site may be additionally regulated by other agreements concluded directly with the service customers.
Limitation of Liability Conditions:

1. By registering on the "Rieltor.ua" Site (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and using the Site, the User agrees to these Rules and assumes the rights and obligations related to the use of the Site.
2. The content of the Site is protected by copyright law in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. You do not have the right to alter, publish, transmit, participate in the transmission or sale, reproduce, create derivative works, distribute, perform, or otherwise use the content of the Site (including software) in whole or in part. The Site Administration grants permission to use its materials to third parties at its discretion based on a written request sent by email to d@rieltor.ua. The Site Administration reserves the right to request additional information from third parties as necessary to make a decision on granting such permission. Use of the Site materials is permitted only after obtaining the appropriate written permission. Copying the information contained on the Site is allowed only for personal (non-commercial) use by individuals.
3. Sending an SMS to pay for site services is a service provided by the mobile operator, and the funds for the delivered message are non-refundable. The User is responsible for the correctness of the SMS, and in case of error, the funds for the services are not refunded! Be careful when typing the message and send it only once.
4. In no event shall the Owners and Administration of the "Rieltor.ua" Site be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use this Site.
5. The "Rieltor.ua" Site Administration reserves the right to modify the information on this Site, including changes to these Rules, without notice.

General Rules:
Warning! These rules apply to both free and paid ads published on the "Rieltor.ua" Site. Violation of the publication rules may result in limited access to the Site for a prolonged or indefinite period (at the discretion of the Site Administration).

1. All ads are accepted for publication only in Ukrainian and/or Russian and must be written in Cyrillic.
2. Since the User independently places ads on the "Rieltor.ua" Site, the User is considered the advertiser and is responsible in accordance with the Ukrainian Law "On Advertising".
3. The Site Administration undertakes not to disclose personal data of property owners, which became known as a result of receiving photos and/or scanned copies of documents confirming ownership of the property or the right to sell or rent the property listed on the Site.

During registration:

1. Specify the correct type of activity. If you provide real estate services, choose the "Realtor" status. If you represent a real estate agency, select "Agency". If you are a property owner, choose "Owner".
2. Please note! If you specified the wrong type of activity, the Site Administration has the right to change it, notifying you via email, Viber message, or a phone call to the contact number provided during registration.
3. Provide a valid contact email address. This will be the main communication channel between you and the Site Administration, where you will receive publication confirmations and important account-related information.
4. Provide a valid contact phone number. Virtual phone numbers are not acceptable as they do not receive SMS messages with the confirmation code. If you do not receive the code within a day, write to us at: d@rieltor.ua
5. Complete the verification procedure through Bank ID. During verification, the Site Administration receives your last name, first name, and patronymic.

Important!

One person is allowed to register only one account. Clone accounts are checked by the Site Administration and deleted without notification and without the right to re-register.

Profile:

1. Enter valid last name, first name, and patronymic. The use of Latin characters, digits (including mobile numbers), or pseudonyms is not allowed. Accounts with incorrect names may be deleted by the Site Administration without notice.
2. The Site Administration has the right to change your last name, first name, and patronymic in accordance with the data obtained during your verification through Bank ID.
3. The profile must indicate the current city of residence and activity.
4. The personal photo in the profile must be clear (it should show the user's face without any objects), images and logos are not allowed. If you represent a real estate agency, it is mandatory to have the agency logo (photos and panoramas are not allowed).
